Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased product(s) within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from www.theminimalone.com. Return product(s) must be shipped back to The Minimal One within fourteen (14) days from the date the package was delivered to you. The product(s) may be returned by dispatching the package through a shipping agent of your choice. It is necessary to contact us at support@theminimalone.com or via Contact Us form before returning your product(s). No refund will be made without prior contact. It is not possible to return a product in exchange for another.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. If you paid via credit card, the card issuer will charge $1-$2 as commission charges. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, you can no longer cancel the order.

REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered product(s) if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed delivery time (30 business days not including 2-5 business days processing time)*
  • you receive wrong product(s)
  • you receive damaged product(s)
  • you do not want the product(s) you have received

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (30 business days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

WRONG PRODUCT SENT

After returning the product(s) to us, we can send you a new product free of charge or you can choose to receive a full* refund as Online Store Credit Vouchers.

DAMAGED PRODUCT SENT

If your product(s) arrives damaged or is not working, please contact us at support@theminimalone.com including your full name, order number and message within 48 hours after order receipt. After returning the product(s) to us, we can send you a new product free of charge or you can choose to receive a full* refund as Online Store Credit Vouchers.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT VOUCHERS

Store Credit Vouchers will be sent to you as a gift card via original email provided during checkout process. You are not allowed to transfer Store Credit Vouchers to another person or account. Please treat Store Credit Vouchers like Cash, which can be used for your next purchase online. Any purchase amount that exceeds the value of the Store Credit Vouchers will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Store Credit Vouchers do not expire. Your use of the Store Credit Vouchers constitutes your agreement to our Terms.

*REFUND AMOUNT

*Returns that are eligible for a full refund require a handling & processing fee of 20% of the total order value, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you via Online Store Credit.

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The right to return product(s) shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

  • All products must are returned in their original packaging
  • The identification tag is still attached to the products with the disposable seal
  • All products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged
  • Original receipt(s) and invoice(s) would need to be included
  • All products must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date the package was delivered to you
  • All products need to be purchased originally from our Online Store www.theminimalone.com

2. RETURN SHIPPING & REFUND PROCESSING

2.1 You will need to include your original invoice received by mail together with the product(s) in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

2.2 All requests for return will be refunded with Online Store Credit Vouchers only. Your Online Store Credit Voucher has no expiry date and can be used for your next purchase online. It is strictly non-refundable, non-extendable and non-exchangeable for cash.

2.3 You can ship your returns to The Minimal One with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping will be at your own expense.

2.4 The Minimal One cannot be held responsible for parcels that are detained at Customs because of lacking or insufficient documentation. The Minimal One therefore highly recommends that you choose a shipping service that permits you to trace it at any time.

2.5 Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return was not carried out in compliance with the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your Online Store Credit Voucher will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

2.6 Online Store Credit Vouchers are to be used in a singular transaction and any excess amount not utilized, would not be refunded. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

2.7 Online Store Credit Vouchers given will be at the buying price of the product as stated in the original invoice, deducting handling & processing fee. No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original and returned products(s). However, if any of the products received is defective or a wrong shipment, The Minimal One will relieve the costs of shipping the replacement product(s) back to you.

2.8 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders concerning return product(s).

2.10 The Minimal One makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.

2.11 All decisions made by The Minimal One are final.
